The organization was born out of the frustrations of physicians trying to balance patient care with the ever-increasing confusions and pressures of managing a practice. Our business was initially in automating Practices as PC computer and networking technology emerged. Realizing the need to provide Billing services became evident as practices were overwhelmed with the new rules, regulations and nuances of an increasingly difficult Insurance industry.
Established in 1998 with the mission of maximizing the revenues of Physician Practices. Active Management is headed by Hoda Henein (president and Billing & Coding Adviser for AAPPM) and Kevin Doogue (vice-president).

Our employees are committed to assisting you and your staff in complying with the complex billing requirements associated with the submission of insurance claims.
Our office is located in Flushing/NY, and has grown with trusting clients throughout the United States. We presently service clients in New York, New Jersey, Arizona, Texas, Maryland, New Mexico, Nebraska, Michigan, Virginia, and Connecticut.
